Blazing Soft joined an initiative by the Universidad Popular del Cesar aimed at enhancing social appreciation of the heritage, culture, and identity of the Cesar department. This collaboration integrated augmented reality technology to highlight cultural and tourist heritage sites across 25 municipalities, alongside the creation of numerous other digital and audiovisual materials designed to preserve and tell the stories that shape the identity of the department.
Technological Innovation Serving Cultural and Tourism Heritage
As a strategic partner in the development of digital content and augmented reality, Blazing Soft played a key role in creating interactive AR experiences that immerse users in the history and cultural heritage of Cesar.
Throughout this project, the team produced 89 immersive 360° videos, 200 time capsules featuring heritage and cultural content, and 100 interactive augmented reality experiences connected to various municipalities in Cesar.
Fall in Love with Cesar: A Unique Cultural and Tourism Experience
“Fall in Love with Cesar” is an invitation to experience the cultural tourism and heritage of the Cesar department through immersive experiences. By using augmented reality and crafting digital and audiovisual content, people interested in visiting and exploring various sites in Cesar can preview local history in a new, engaging way.
This initiative not only strengthens the community’s connection to its cultural identity but also promotes Cesar as an accessible tourist destination through new technologies.
